About me
Hi, my name is Lixing Lyu. I am currently pursuing my Ph.D. degree in Institute of Operations Research and Analytics (IORA), National University of Singapore (NUS). I am fortunate to be advised by Wang Chi Cheung and Chung Piaw Teo. My research focuses on online learning and optimization, and their related applications in operations research. Prior to joining NUS, I obtained my B.S. degree from the School of the Gifted Young (SGY), University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), majoring in apply mathematics and minoring in computer science. I also have industry experiences. From Oct. 2020 to Apr. 2021, I interned in Algorithms Innovation Lab, Cloud BU, Huawei as an algorithm engineer.
